Each kiss
each touch
a strike of lightning
beneath my ribs
my heart rising like a prayer
that forgot it was once silent
The pull of her smile
not gravity
but something deeper
a field only we can feel
humming in the air between
her breath & mine
Her skin
a hush of silk
that answers every trembling question
my fingertips dare ask
Her hair spills
like ink in water
I drown gladly
eyes closed, lips open
This
this is sacred
not written in scripture
but in the sweat
we share in the dark
in the way her body
carries me
to the edge of heaven
and holds me there
tangled in her devotion
where I forget
how to let go
