I love these legs that carry me
Down winding roads, through fields and streets
They bear my weight so faithfully
And make each journey feel complete
I love these ears that open wide
To morning birds and whispered grace
To laughter spilling like a tide
To music time cannot erase
I love these eyes that let me see
The sweep of sky, the greening earth
The quiet gold of every tree
The hidden miracles of birth
I love these gifts entrusted me
So freely given, undeserved
For many long for what I see
For what I’ve held, for what I’ve heard
And so with a grateful, tender heart
For every breath and step I take
I honor each small, sacred part
A living gift I did not make
