The suffering is vast
We wonder, what can be done?

Rage & hatred rise
dragons breathing fire
burning the world

Lost in delusion
we see only through fear

Is there another way?

Perhaps
we just sit

Sit with the dragon
and watch it closely

I turn inward
and watch my dragon
hungry, fierce
full of hate

Each time I watch
and do not feed him
he weakens
his fire dims

watch our dragons today
with patience
with clarity
with peace
